Dr. Mai Phan, my opthamologist, is a corneal specialist and surgeon, who is, IMO, one of the finest in the Country. Dr. Phan has saved my sight when I had a serious corneal ulcer due to injury and also performed successful cataract surgery on both eyes. She is a consummate professional and extraordinarily knowledgeable and experienced. She is a perfectionist and is meticulous in all that she does, which is what you want and need in a corneal surgeon. She recently noticed a retina problem and referred ne to Dr. Nguyen at the South Coast Retina Center where i was diagnosed with Wet AMD. There may be a long wait time for Dr. Phan, but she is worth it if you want to preserve your sight. I met with Jasmine, their optician, to order new eyeglass lenses since my RX has changed because of my cataract surgeries, dry eye, and Wet AMD. I found her to be helpful, professional, and knowledgeable in her work. Everyone at Wolstan .... is professional and expert in their specialty. Dr. Duong, their optometrist, is an expert in her field and listens carefully to her patients and provides precision RXs to improve your vision.. She is also excellent.
